Fully covers the 'course contents' for MBA, BBA & BBM programmes of most universities and institutions in the country
Designed to cater to the needs of new-age readers by dividing the subject into as many building blocks as would facilitate complete understanding of the concepts, principles and practice of TQM and by developing the subject from 'Quality' to 'Total Quality'
Chapters progress by sequentially covering the subject from the nitty-gritty to the bigger picture. Each chapter states its objectives before proceeding to discuss the matter threadbare, thereby making the book user-friendly. It elaborates the points that are most likely to fulfil readers' inquiries and needs. A chapter on each of the ISO-9000 Quality Systems have been included. The overview at the end of the book will leave readers with a lasting impression of what it takes to become a TQM organization.
Though the book is primarily intended for the students of management, it is equally useful to practising managers and executives, for TQM is an essential means to bond people together as they strive towards a common goal. The book will also serve as a 'training aid' to professionals.
