Excellent Material for really learning
The moment my interests developed towards Hacking, the first book I came to know in the market was Unofficial Guide to Ethical Hacking.
And from this book my journey inside this world of computers started...
As I kept myself busy in Learning the techniques that were provided in the book, the interests increased day by day.
I have purchased all the 3 books of this author. And I really appreciate the efforts that the author has taken to publish this book.
I will always welcome any suggestion and mails from the author.

Excelent Content
In his new book, Network Security: A Hacker's Perspective,Ankit Fadia gives an informative approach about various security issues that any beginner will understand. The book covers many basic methods of attack, and knowing how to protect yourself against these "standard" attacks, will help you most of the time. No computer or network could ever be fully secure and because prevention is better than cure, this book may help you protect your network.

Old topics with a new approach
A lot of people might have already bought Ankit's book "Unofficial Guide to Ethical Hacking". This book deals the chapters Net Tools I, II and III (Chapters 5,6 and 7 in the previous book) in a better manner. All the above chapters are once again described in a much deeper manner.
Well nothing great about this book compared to the previous once.
Negative points:
-Less in content (only 342 pages of information)
-Many articles are taken again from the previous book "Unofficial Guide to Ethical Hacking" or they are already published at the website.
-Some of the important TCP/IP concepts are missed in the book.
Positive Points:
+Deeper approach to the points discussed.
+Fadia's Hot Pick: This could be extremely useful for Newbies
+Last but not least, craze for Ankit Fadia.

just terrible
I'm glad I didn't buy this book. I read a copy from a friend. A lot of mistakes and out-dated stuff. The writer should get more hands-on experience in the security field.
My opinion, stay away from this.

Simply Take it if You wanna Security
The Book is too specific about the network security and goes directly in flowing language. The Author of the Book is a Teenage Guy from India. Ankit is one of the most appreciated technology guru and Added point is the FBI even consult with a kit for the Security reasons. So it is not necessary at all to tell that how the book can change your lifestyle. Nowadays general web surfing guys are least bothered about the security concern and says I m not buying anything online so I don’t need any security. But hey have you ever think that you probably getting hundreds of bulk mail weekly you haven’t subscribed. As u are aware the Corporate politics is growing day after day so it is also essential to protect your Network Neighborhood too. So what are you waiting for just go ahead and get it before anybody peep in your network.

A great work by a great hacker.
This is what has always been a dream for me. Hacking, with a positive attitude, has always impressed me and I have put my head deep enough into it... but not as good to write a book on it. Ankit...u r wonderful.... I wish I could be you.
