How do I find the item I want to buy?
If you are sure of what item you are looking for, simply enter a term or two (title, author, artist, subject or ISBN, label) into the search box provided on the right bottom corner of top navigation bar on most pages. Then click on the "Go!" button. This will generate a list of all titles that match your search words.
If you want to conduct a more specific search, click on the Search link given on the left of top navigation bar. In case you are not sure of the title you want to find at our site, click the Browse Subjects link, on top navigation bar. Or click on the subject (e.g. agriculture or engineering) of your interest, on the navigation column displayed on the left of your screen, on our home page. You'll then be able to view our collection of books, music or movies and select the one you might want to buy.

How do I get all the information about an item?
Once you've found your item through Search or Browse, click on its Name. You will be able to get almost all the info you need about the item. This will be displayed to you on the Info page. You will be able to view:

• Important buying info like the price, its availability, a larger picture of its cover, etc.

• Reviews from our editors and ratings from customers who have read the book.

• Other items by the same author/artist/label or on the same subject.

After you have read all the information available about the item, you can decide whether to buy it or not. In case you would like to buy the item, put it in your your shopping bag by clicking on "Add to Shopping Bag" button.

How do I place an order?
To order an item, you first need to add it to your Shopping Bag. You can do so by clicking on the "Add to Shopping Bag" button. The Shopping Bag retains your item till you actually place an order. 
To place an order for your item, click on the "Proceed" button on your shopping bag page. On doing this, you will be automatically taken to Your Order section. Here, you will be need to fill up your order form where you will be asked to give us some important information.  Once you have filled in the form fully and correctly, you will be asked to review and submit your order. Your order won't be confirmed till you fulfil this requirement.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Firstandsecond.com at the e-mail address submitted by you. We will also tell you when you can look forward to receiving your order.

How can I pay?
