1. Eligibility
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The contest is open only to Indian citizens over the age of 18. Employees and other representatives of Firstandsecond.com ("Firstandsecond.com"), its affiliates, and advisors (and the immediate family members of each of them) are not eligible to win. All applicable state, and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited. Firstandsecond.com can accept only those entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated below. Firstandsecond.com will not be responsible or liable for: 
(a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; or 
(b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

2. Prizes
We now have 3 contests running.

1. Book Review Contest. The prize consists of one (1) Rs.100/- Firstandsecond.com Gift Voucher.
2. Music Review Contest. The prize consists of one (1) Rs.75/- Firstandsecond.com Gift Voucher. 
3. Movie Review Contest. The prize consists of one (1) Rs.75/- Firstandsecond.com Gift Voucher. 

The Gift Voucher may be used towards the online purchase of items sold by Firstandsecond.com at Firstandsecond.com's web site, third-party or partner organizations. Gift Vouchers expire one (1) month from date of issue and may be subject to additional restrictions. Prizes will be awarded for book, music and movie reviews during the Contest Period (as defined below). The odds of winning any Prize depends on the number of eligible entries.

All taxes associated with receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions (including cash) will be permitted, except that Firstandsecond.com may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.

3. Entries
To be eligible to win a Prize, submit an eligible review, during the Contest Period, of any book,  music album or movie listed at the Firstandsecond.com web site, not already having a customer review posted. All eligible reviews submitted before Firstandsecond.com posts the first customer review of an item will be eligible to win a Prize (even if a review for that item has already been submitted, but not yet posted). To access the review-writing form, click on the "Be the first one to write a review" link on the Book/Music/Movie Info Page. Reviews must follow our general review-writing guidelines to be eligible for any weekly drawing. By successfully completing and submitting an eligible review, the writer will be automatically entered into the Contest for the applicable week. Each eligible review will be counted as an additional entry.

In the event of any dispute, all submitted reviews will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which they were sent. All reviews, entries, and materials submitted to Firstandsecond.com in connection with the Contest (collectively, "Entry Materials"), along with all associated copyright and other proprietary rights, become the property of Firstandsecond.com upon submission, and Entry Materials will not be returned to any entrant. Entrants agree to take any further action (including, without limitation, execution of affidavits and other documents) reasonably requested by Firstandsecond.com to effect, perfect, or confirm Firstandsecond.com's ownership in the Entry Materials and any associated proprietary rights.

4. Winner Selection
The Reviews received during this Contest period will be rated, and a drawing will be held of the eligible reviews every week, to randomly select a winner. Entrants may enter as often as they like, as long as the book/music/movie reviewed is not the same. If we find that a review is not original or has been copied from another site, the reviewer will be disqualified and will not be allowed to participate in the contest in future. Firstandsecond.com will attempt to notify selected winners by e-mail within two business days after the drawing. Prize winners will have seven (7) days from notification to respond. If a selected winner is unreachable or ineligible, or fails to claim a Prize in the manner prescribed in the e-mail, the winner will forfeit his or her Prize. Winners may be requested to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to being awarded any Prize.

5. General Release
By entering the Contest, you release Firstandsecond.com, participating sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light). By accepting any Prize, entrants consent to the use of their name, address, likeness, and/or Prize information for promotional and other purposes without further payment, except where prohibited by law. In addition, entrants consent to being placed on Firstandsecond.com's mailing list, unless prohibited by law.

6. Winners, Winning Reviews, and Official Rules
Winning reviews may be featured on the Firstandsecond.com Web site contest page. Where an entrant has included a name with a review submittal, the winner's name may be included on our site. Where an entrant has specified that his or her e-mail address appear on our site with his or her review, the winner's e-mail address may be included on our site.

Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Firstandsecond.com, which are final and binding in all respects. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Firstandsecond.com reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the Contest at any time, in its sole discretion. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Contest, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Firstandsecond.com, the Contest, or any other entrant (in each case, as determined in Firstandsecond.com's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Contest. Firstandsecond.com reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest.
