Refer & Win is an exciting way to help your friends discover Firstandsecond.com. You can do this by sending an e-mail about Firstandsecond.com to a list of friends that you choose to submit to us. We send the e-mail with your messages to your friends.

Why should I participate in Refer & Win?
It's fun, and you get rewards for your effort. As the name suggests, you refer a friend or a lot of your friends. For doing this, we reward you with Sizzler Points. You earn 50 Sizzler Points for every single friend referred by you. You can redeem these points for Sizzler Rewards.

Which of my friends are eligible?  
All your friends are eligible as long as they have not been referred before by you or by someone else. In accordance with our privacy policy, we are unable to notify you if your friend has already been referred.

What happens if I refer a friend who is not eligible? 
If you refer a friend who is not eligible for the program, he will not receive your Refer & Win e-mail. In accordance with our privacy policy , we are unable to notify you if your friend is eligible or has already been referred.

How many friends can I refer? 
You can refer as many friends as you want, except you will be able to refer only up to 10 friends per day.

How can I ensure my friends' privacy?
Firstandsecond.com is committed to protecting its customers' privacy (and the privacy of their friends). We will use your friends' e-mail address only for the purposes of this program. Your friends will be covered by our privacy policy. If your friends receive a referral and choose not to become our customers, he or she will not receive another referral e-mail for one year. Finally, when your friends receive the referral e-mail, they will be given the opportunity to remove their e-mail address from the Refer & Win program permanently if they wish.

Can I submit group e-mail aliases or e-mail mailing lists as referrals? 
No. We will reject any group e-mail aliases or mailing-list e-mails, and the Refer & Win e-mail will not be sent out. Please read the terms & conditions for more details.

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Refer & Win Program (the "Program"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility. This Program is open only to existing customers of Firstandsecond.com and on the following terms and conditions. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Program.

2. Persons Who May Be Referred. You must only refer to Firstandsecond.com, individuals who you have a personal or business relationship with and who you believe would be interested in becoming Firstandsecond.com customers. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you must not submit for referral i) group e-mail addresses, ii) e-mail mailing lists, or iii) yourself.

3. Number of Referrals. You may refer as many friends as you want to Firstandsecond.com, but only 10 Friends may be referred per day on the "Refer & Win Start Page." You may refer each Friend only once.

4. Reward Points to You. For each of your Friends, who qualify for this Program, Firstandsecond.com will reward you with 50 Sizzler Points under Sizzler - its frequent buyer program. 

5. Remedies for Your Non-compliance. If Firstandsecond.com determines in its sole discretion that you have not complied with these Terms and Conditions, it may, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have against you, immediately and without notice to you, withdraw all benefits to you and your Friends under this Program (including declining to send or stopping from being sent, any Refer & Win e-mails).

6. Your Consent to Use Your Data in E-Mails. You grant to Firstandsecond.com your consent for it to use your name and e-mail address for the purposes of sending an e-mail to your Friends in the form displayed on the e-mail page (see the Refer & Win Welcome Page). You agree not to use any false e-mail addresses or names for this program.

7. Your Representations and Warranties to Us. You represent and warrant to Firstandsecond.com that you have an existing business or personal relationship with each Friend and that it is your genuine opinion that each Friend would wish to receive a gift certificate from Firstandsecond.com. By providing us with the names and email addresses of your Friends, you are affirmatively requesting and authorizing Firstandsecond.com to send them an email, as outlined herein, on your behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability for Firstandsecond.com. To the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Firstandsecond.com nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees, or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with this program. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitations) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income, or profit; loss or damage of property; and claims of third parties.

9. Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Firstandsecond.com with respect to the Program.

10. Variation of the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by Firstandsecond.com in its sole discretion at any time. Any such amendments will be posted to this page, and it is your responsibility to review this page from time to time for such amendments.

11. Severance. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, such invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions.

12. Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted, construed, and enforced in all respects in accordance with the Indian Laws and laws of the State of Delhi, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You hereby irrevocably consent and submit to the nonexclusive.
